We recommend arriving Wednesday, June 21st, and departing on Sunday the 25th. The La Quinta is located very close to the airport, and offers a free shuttle.
The hotel will fill up quickly, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.
TRAVEL
Las Vegas McCarran Int'l Airport.
We start on Thursday, June 22nd at 9:00 AM, so we recommend arriving Wednesday, June 21st.
The event ends on June 24th at 6:30 PM.
Please depart after 8:30 PM or better yet, stay and depart on Sunday.
**If you’re filming videos, make sure you book your flight for Sunday afternoon or evening.

FOOD
We’ll have breaks throughout the day and long enough lunch and dinner breaks to go to restaurants.
Feel free to bring snacks, etc (and the more to share, the better!)
There will be a water station in the room.
ATTIRE
Just dress comfy!
It’s chilly in the room, so dress in layers.
If you want feedback on your presentation clothes, wear them on Day 3.
We offer a headshot package with our professional photographer, Adam Sternberg, who has been doing our headshots for over 14 years. Most people take advantage of this offer (you can sign up during the event and take headshots in the morning before Day 2 or 3).
We recommend bringing a few changes of attire (nice clothes and logo’d t-shirts) if you have them.
On Monday we have a Video Day. If you have committed to or might film a video, please bring dress attire and/or logo’d shirts (please reserve your spot for filming ahead of time).
BONUS VIDEO DAY
On Day 4: Kason Bryden, my favorite video guy, who made the introduction video for AJ Puedan, for me and a growing list of ecstatic clients, will be filming videos on day 4.
